During past years I have paid thousands of dollars to supposedly highly qualified computer consultants, trying to get my computer problems solved and had still been unsuccessful.  It wasn't until I found out about CareWare Computer Repair that the problem was actually taken care of at a fraction of the price, and in a fraction of the time.  I repeat a fraction of the price! It's great to have a computer that runs properly and that has been customized for my needs, business and personal, by an intelligent, trustworthy company that I know is giving me straight up information and the best deal!  I only wish I had found CareWare sooner. I can sleep at night again, knowing that my important business matters are safe.  I will refer everyone I know to CareWare Computer Repair.

Thanks again,

To Whom It May Concern:

It is unusual for me to pen a letter “To Whom it May Concern” and I would not do so unless I had enough confidence and comfort regarding a particular company for whom I might make such comments.  Such is the case with CareWare Computer Repair; a capable professional IT company with whom I have had recent dealings.

CareWare Computer Repair simply came to my rescue at a time when I was laboring with some computer problems and data which was important for me to retrieve.  I found the technician to be extraordinarily well prepared to deal with any of the issues for which I had a serious concern.  My work involves working with individuals who are to be seen in courts and their very lives depend upon the information that I might provide.  Having that information available to the officers of the court is critical.  I came upon a problem for which I had no answers and needed quick and competent assistance.  Fortunately, I found a referral source to CareWare Computer Repair.  They were able to take a series of complex problems and simplify them for me.  This was not a quick and easy task but one that required the skill and knowledge of what I would consider to be an “expert.”

CareWare Computer Repair was not only knowledgeable but they were fair.  The technician went with me to purchase other computer materials necessary for solving the problems hat I had.  The technician came to my office and home and spent time organizing and protecting information that was quite necessary to hold confidential and to be seen only by certain legal officials.  He was pleasant and professional.  I also felt that he was fair in terms of the costs incurred. CareWare Computer Repair has told me that they are available for me to speak with and consult with as I might continue to have such needs.

I heartily recommend this company to those who may have need of their services.  They are pleasant, confident, and professional in all ways.  I recommend them without reservation.

Sincerely,

To whom it may concern:

I recently had a huge problem with my computer. I came home one day to find my desktop covered with popup messages, error alerts, and virus alerts. Apparently my computer had been infiltrated by a number of viruses that were causing serious problems with the operation of my computer. The internet was disabled along with a few other programs like Norton Anti-Virus (a lot of good that did me). Well, I tried to fix the problems myself and had a little success in getting rid of one virus. But that was insignificant compared to the rest of the viruses left on my computer. So I decided to seek professional help. I called CompUSA first. They told me I would have to pay $100 to bring in my computer, evaluate it, and fix it. I wasn't too keen on that so I searched the yellow pages for more computer repair stores. I called a couple of places that said they charged by the hour. That scared me because you never know how long fixing a computer will take. I finally ran across the advertisement for Careware Computer Repair which offered a free estimate on fixing computers. I immediately called CareWare and spoke to Mark for the first time. He was very helpful in assessing what I told over the phone and said he would come to my apartment to give me the free estimate. I was fairly impressed with this gesture, especially since no one else offered this kind of service. Once Mark arrived he set strait to identifying what was wrong. If it would have been a small problem he would have fixed it then and there. But since I had an extraordinary amount of problems he took my computer tower back to his shop to work on it promising that by the next morning he would have it finished. Sure enough, the next morning I received a call saying that my computer was fixed.

Not only did he fix it, but he also installed a top of the line anti-virus program, firewall, and a few other programs at no extra expense. He also optimized my computer to make it run smoother and faster. I must say the best part of the whole deal is that he gave me an estimate and stuck to it even though he had to work longer on my computer than he had expected. When all was said and done he delivered my computer back the next morning like new. He took time to explain to me about the new software and how to use it. He also offered to help install a new video card I had just bought. I must say I felt very well taken care of and was very impressed with the service that Mark and CareWare offered me. If I ever hear of someone having computer problems like I did I will definitely refer them to CareWare Computer Repair.

Sincerely
